Position Summary TextCare Providers deliver virtual acute care and ongoing patient support through text, phone, and video from our corporate office in Chattanooga, TN. Providers build trusted patient relationships, coordinate follow-up care, and help improve reputed company, reputed company, and overall patient experience reputed company a text-centered care model. Essential Responsibilities Deliver virtual care through text, phone, and video Evaluate and treat acute patient concerns reputed company pharmacological treatment through electronic prescribing systems Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, labs, and imaging Maintain continuity of care through proactive communication and follow-up Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience
Required Qualifications
Ability to work alternating weekends every other week between the hours of 4PM -1AM Completion of an accredited NP or PA program Active Tennessee NP or PA license – or willingness to apply for one before start-date Prescriptive authority BLS certification 1+ years of relevant clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications
