Position Overview Kyverna is seeking Vice President, Sales to reputed company the development and execution of the U.S. reputed company sales and go-to-market strategy for a pioneering portfolio of CAR-T therapies.. This executive leader will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing specialty sales organization focused on driving successful launches, maximizing market penetration, and delivering exceptional customer engagement across academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, community neurology practices, and specialized treatment centers. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of reputed company leadership in rare disease, neurology, cell and gene therapy, oncology, immunology, or other highly specialized therapeutic areas. Neurology Market Leadership Establish and expand relationships with key neurology stakeholders, including academic centers, comprehensive neuroscience programs, and community neurologists. Drive customer engagement strategies supporting therapies for autoimmune neurological disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and other reputed company neurological conditions. reputed company disease-state education and value-based customer engagement approaches. Partner with Medical Affairs to ensure effective scientific exchange and customer education initiatives. Sales Organization Development Recruit, reputed company, and retain top-performing regional sales leaders and field sales professionals. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, or other relevant graduate degree) preferred. Minimum 15 years of biopharmaceutical reputed company experience. Minimum 8 years of reputed company sales leadership experience, including leading national specialty sales teams. Demonstrated reputed company launching and commercializing specialty, rare disease, neurology, oncology, immunology, or cell and gene therapies. Deep understanding of specialty reimbursement, payer dynamics, treatment center engagement, and patient reputed company. Experience managing field teams supporting highly reputed company therapies and specialized provider networks.
