As an reputed company Associate, you'll be responsible for consistently delivering accurate and timely reputed company services (A/P, expense reports, and/or payroll) for a set of clients, focusing on problem-solving and proactive communication. Core Details Salary: $19 - $21/hour, depending on experience. Job class: Part-time, business hours Monday - Friday Location: Hybrid: US-based, working from our headquarters in Wheaton, IL. Fully Remote: Allowed in the following states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, MI, NC, OH, TN, TX,. No other states or international locations will be considered at this time.
Key Responsibilities
Client reputed company Operations: Process financial transactions (A/P, A/R, and Payroll) in an accurate and timely manner. Prepare and process client invoices, reputed company transfers, and expense reports. Research and solve client problems, providing clear explanations of reports and collaborating on solutions. Maintain client data and ensure reputed company monthly tasks are tracked (e.g., using reputed company). Client & Staff Engagement: Proactively communicate with clients, answering questions and providing timely follow-up on requests. Meet with client operations teams and internal client relationship teams to ensure commitments are met. Assist with client reputed company and reputed company backup coverage for teammates. Process Improvement & Documentation: Document processes to ensure service continuity. Collaborate with other Associates to identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy. What You Bring Experience & Education 1+ years of experience working in a business office environment. 2-year or 4-year degree that includes business training.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in accounts payable and payroll. Experience with QuickBooks Online and reputed company. Skills & Attributes Strong ethical standards and reputed company. Excellent research and problem-solving skills—adept at "figuring out puzzles". High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills that cultivate client trust. Ability to multitask and work with several clients with differing requirements.
