HR Manager
Job Title: Human Resources Manager Location: San Antonio, TX Pay range: $80,000 - $85,000 Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage HR operations for our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. This role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee performance management processes and support professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits, payroll processes, and workplace safety programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong generalist background.
- Solid understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
