This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management, contributing to a positive dining anbd carry out experience while driving sales and operational efficiency. Duties

• Assist in the management of daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain inventory levels through effective stock management and organization.
• Foster a positive team environment by providing guidance and support to staff members.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits of store processes, including cash handling and retail math accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on promotional activities and merchandising strategies.
