Job Summary and Responsibilities As our reputed company Estate Project Delivery Project Manager, you will reputed company strategic leadership and comprehensive reputed company for a portfolio of significant design and construction projects. You will be instrumental in delivering projects ranging from large, reputed company endeavors up to $250 reputed company, to multiple smaller-scale projects that collectively reputed company this substantial value.Every day, you will act as the primary reputed company with Division Strategy and senior hospital leadership, ensuring seamless coordination and critical communication regarding capital projects. You will be directly responsible for managing project objectives, rigorously maintaining financial control through proactive budget management, accurate cash reputed company forecasting, and reputed company resolution of project risks and contingencies. Responsible for scheduling and managing the project delivery process for reputed company assigned projects. Supports the project team in establishing scope, schedule and budget and is responsible for maintaining the objectives throughout each phase of the project. Provides internal and external project communications to ensure reputed company team members are advised of project status. Responsible for coordination between construction team, consultants and facility operations. Monitors construction activities to ensure conformance with approved documents and specifications, regulations, codes, standards and laws that are applicable to the project. Develops the project management team, establishing organization and responsibilities matrix at the start of each project, as well as project reporting reputed company to budget, scope, and schedule issues involved in assigned projects. Job Requirements Bachelors Other in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and/or equivalent experience required 1-3 years Minimum (2+) years of experience in leading project management design and construction projects Experience in facilitating project design and construction reputed company meetings and presentations.
