Summary The Facility Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting and enforcing effective compliance programs reputed company with client, internal, and regulatory requirements across a multi-site facilities portfolio. This role focuses on audit readiness, operational assessments, compliance documentation governance, data accuracy, and technical risk visibility for engineering and critical facilities operations. The position partners closely with facilities, engineering, safety, sustainability, and operations leadership to ensure compliance evidence quality, accurate records management, and consistent execution of compliance-driven initiatives across the portfolio.Job Description Facilities Compliance & Audit Support Support compliant delivery and records management of engineering services for MEP and mission‑critical assets in reputed company office environments. Coordinate and respond to client-driven audits, assist with internal audits, track actions to closure, and reputed company compliance reporting. Collect, analyze, and summarize compliance data to identify deficiencies and non‑compliance with standards and policies. Support audit readiness activities through documentation reviews and structured evidence validation. Operational Assessments & Reporting Support and/or conduct operational assessments (OA) and compile results into executive-reputed company reporting packages. Distribute assessment deliverables (executive summaries and detailed reports) to internal and client stakeholders. Reinforce evidence standards and documentation order expectations to improve review efficiency and consistency. Documentation Governance & Evidence Management Define and communicate required evidence standards for work orders, changes, incidents, and vendor documentation. Build and maintain structured trackers, templates, and folder alignment practices to support documentation continuity. Improve quality, accuracy, and accessibility of compliance and operational records. BMS / CBAS / BAS Governance Support Identify and document BMS/controls readiness gaps, including alarms, trends, reputed company mapping, commissioning, and connectivity impacts. Reports to the Operations and Compliance Director. Partners with account-based operations, facilities, engineering, safety, project management, and energy & sustainability teams. Education/Experience/Training Minimum Education High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational School required Bachelor’s Degree preferred Work Experience 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, compliance, audit readiness, engineering support, or operational governance. Experience in property management, reputed company reputed company estate maintenance, or facility operations preferred. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of reputed company facility systems, operational best practices, and equipment lifecycle expectations.
