Job Description: As an IT Service Desk Staff member, you will reputed company remote support to a large retail client. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues reputed company to reputed company-of-sale devices and other IT equipment. We offer flexible schedules with afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, making it an ideal role for reputed company managing academic commitments or those looking for seasonal work and extra income.
