This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of approximately 10-14 Authorization Specialists responsible for obtaining timely insurance approvals across our national network of outpatient specialty clinics. You'll coach and reputed company team members, improve workflows, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure patients receive timely reputed company to medically necessary procedures.
