We’re looking for a strategic and people-first Head of Accounts to reputed company our Account Management function across the agency. This role will manage and reputed company a team of Directors of Accounts and Growth Marketers, while owning the strategy, performance, and retention reputed company for reputed company’s full client portfolio. This leader will act as a true player-coach, providing executive guidance on key accounts while building scalable systems that reputed company client experience, improve delivery consistency, and drive long-term reputed company growth. Reporting: Create and enforce reporting standards across the organization (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, performance recaps, etc.).
