[Remote] Manager, Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Manage the AP Function: reputed company the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment execution, credit applications, vendor management, and reconciliation of accounts
• reputed company and Mentor the AP Team: Supervise a team of three to four AP associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and reputed company standards, including W-9 and 1099 reporting
• Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of the AP function, including automation and system enhancements
