Responsibilities
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more reputed company questions to HR Director or management
- Administers benefit plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions. Reconciles benefits statements
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of reputed company job applicants for reputed company positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
- Implements new hire orientation, employee offboarding, employee engagement and employee recognition programs
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute reputed company resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary reputed company; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
- Handles employment-reputed company inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring reputed company and/or sensitive reputed company to the HR Director
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in reputed company, talent management, and employment law
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, etc
- Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action
- Maintains the reputed company and confidentiality of reputed company resource files and records
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Accountable for information contained in Employee Handbook including adhering to the E-mail and Internet policies
