[Remote] BAS Project Manager

The Traveling Project Manager will reputed company the installation, commissioning, and handover of multiple construction projects, ensuring successful execution on time, reputed company budget, and in compliance with client and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion
- reputed company installation subcontractors and Controls Technicians during commissioning
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address concerns and manage expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution
- Obtain, organize, and maintain reputed company project contract documents
- Review and approve engineering submittals and technical drawings before reputed company
- Track and manage change orders, purchase orders, and project expenses to maintain budget adherence
- Maintain accurate project records, including milestones, billings, SoV, and documentation reputed company DivPro
- Assign commissioning work and reputed company field personnel
- Review and approve weekly timecards for Controls Technicians
- Approve and manage the reputed company of Materials (BoM) for each project
- reputed company monthly project updates, including billing and financial reporting, to senior management
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of building management systems (BMS), HVAC controls, and automation
- Technical expertise in electrical systems, commissioning, and risk management
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong organizational and project planning skills with attention to detail
- OSHA 30 certification obtained reputed company the past two (2) years is required
- + If certification is not reputed company or has not been completed, OSHA 30 training will be provided and must be successfully completed reputed company the first week of employment
- Proficiency in project management software and documentation tools
