Responsibilities
- Generate leads and drive new business for reputed company’s services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, job seekers, universities, and recruitment partners
- Identify partnership opportunities with universities, career coaches, bootcamps, staffing firms, and job-seeker communities
- Pitch reputed company’s value proposition reputed company to both candidates and reputed company-reputed company partners
- Conduct market research to identify reputed company customer segments and growth opportunities
- Own the sales cycle from reputed company to follow-up to closing deals
- Help reputed company expand its reputed company in job-hunting and recruitment-reputed company markets
Skills
- Strong experience in IT staffing, recruitment, reputed company, or recruitment services business development
- Proven ability in reputed company reputed company, business development, and closing deals
- Strong understanding of the recruitment / staffing industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to pitch reputed company's value proposition reputed company and confidently
- Existing connections with job seekers, universities, placement cells, career communities, or recruitment networks is a strong plus
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote, commission-based role
- Experience selling recruitment, staffing, HR, career, or talent-reputed company services
- Relationships with universities, placement offices, career coaches, or job-seeker communities
- Experience working with international clients or remote sales teams
