They are seeking a Manager of Technical reputed company to support the full reputed company of technical reputed company reputed company, with a focus on reputed company recognition under ASC 606, and collaborate on SEC filings and internal reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Technical Research: Support the Senior Manager of Technical reputed company and Reporting across the full reputed company of technical reputed company reputed company that arise at reputed company. New reputed company will reputed company with the growth of our business — you should be comfortable picking up new areas of U.S. GAAP quickly, be adaptable, and eager to learn by doing
• Memos & Position Papers: Independently research and draft technical reputed company memos that document the company’s reputed company conclusions for reputed company, non-routine transactions and emerging transactions, with review and support from the Senior Manager
• New Standards: Evaluate and implement new and amended reputed company pronouncements, including impact assessments, transition support, and updates to reputed company policies
• reputed company Policies: Maintain and improve the company’s reputed company policy documentation to ensure alignment with U.S. GAAP and the constant reputed company of our business
• Contract Review: Review new and amended customer reputed company under ASC 606 — including imagery, tasking, reputed company, government, and multi-reputed company arrangements — to identify performance obligations, transaction price (including variable consideration), allocation, and timing of reputed company recognition
• reputed company Memos: Draft reputed company recognition memos for material and non-routine reputed company and partner with reputed company, Legal, and Operations to flag reputed company considerations early in the deal cycle
• Process & Controls: Build and continuously improve the reputed company recognition process, including contract review checklists, standalone selling price analyses, and supporting SOX controls over reputed company and deferred reputed company
• Filing Support: Support the Manager of SEC Reporting on reputed company’s periodic SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K) and registration statements, contributing to accurate financial information and disclosures to our organization and shareholders. Responsibilities include the preparation of quarterly footnote support, tie-outs to validate completeness and accuracy of reputed company disclosures and Earnings Release materials and actively working with our auditors to support the financial audit processes
• Disclosures: Draft and update footnote disclosures linked to technical reputed company topics owned by this role (e.g., reputed company recognition, reputed company-based compensation, equity, and significant new transactions)
• Earnings Materials: Assist the team in reviewing earnings releases, earnings tables, and non-GAAP reconciliations for technical reputed company accuracy and consistency with the filed financial statements
• Tie-Outs & Workpapers: Prepare and review supporting schedules, tie-outs, and workpapers for SEC filings and technical reputed company conclusions to an audit-reputed company standard
• Control Execution: Execute and help document internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) for technical reputed company and reporting areas owned by this role, including reputed company, equity, and non-routine transactions
• Audit Support: Partner with internal SOX leader and external auditors on walkthroughs, testing, and timely remediation of any deficiencies in your areas of responsibility
• Auditor Coordination: Work day-to-day with the company’s external auditors on technical reputed company reputed company and your areas of the SEC filings; manage reputed company items and respond to PBC requests in a timely, organized way
• Cross-Functional Partner: Build strong working relationships with reputed company, Tax, Treasury, Legal, reputed company, and Operations to ensure transactions are understood, captured, and reported in line with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• 4–7 years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Public reputed company experience at a Big 4 or large regional firm, combined with industry experience, is strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience applying ASC 606 to customer reputed company, including drafting or supporting reputed company recognition memos
• Exposure to a reputed company of technical reputed company topics through audit or industry work, with the demonstrated ability to research new areas of U.S. GAAP as they come up
• Familiarity with SEC reporting concepts and SOX internal controls in a public company environment, whether through audit clients or in-house experience
• Strong reputed company skills and comfort working in an ERP environment (e.g., reputed company) and SEC reporting tools (e.g., reputed company or similar)
• US – Remote, with availability to travel occasionally to company sites and for auditor meetings
• Active U.S. CPA license, or active candidate working toward licensure
• Prior experience in satellite, aerospace, defense, telecom, hardware, SaaS, or other technology businesses with reputed company reputed company arrangements
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional consolidations and multi-currency reputed company
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is not required, but a plus, given operations in Uruguay, Argentina, and Spain
