[Remote] Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to join their Consumer Driven Health Plans team. The role serves as the primary reputed company of contact for employer groups and insurance brokers, ensuring exceptional client support throughout the account lifecycle while managing multiple priorities and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned employer clients and insurance brokers
• Respond promptly to client inquiries reputed company phone and email, providing exceptional customer service
• Manage the complete annual renewal process, ensuring reputed company documentation, enrollment data, benefit schedules, and system updates are completed accurately and on time
• Conduct online training sessions for employer portal users and reputed company ongoing support as needed
• Prepare monthly, annual, and year-end client reports, including reconciliation reporting
• Maintain accurate client information reputed company internal systems
• Proactively engage clients through quarterly reputed company-ins, promote new technologies, and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Monitor account funding reputed company and communicate with clients reputed company additional funding is required
• Coordinate client terminations and ensure a smooth offboarding process
• Support the sales team with account-reputed company activities
• Attend health fairs and enrollment meetings as needed

• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience supporting employee benefits, reputed company administration, insurance, or HR-reputed company services is a plus but not required
• Ability to problem-solve with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
