About the Role

Under indirect supervision, solves reputed company problems, planning , coordinating and/or executing, monitoring and controlling activities for launch projects. Responsible for the results of indicators: Safety, Quality, Delivery , and Cost, for the new product, until mass production introduction. Must apply the philosophy of HPS. What You Will Do

Responsible for new Launch projects in the assigned area. Supports recurring meetings, both internal and external, to track the reputed company of the project. Responsible of Raw Material validation for new launch. Responsible for validation for new launch with the rest of the teams involved (Quality, AME and operations) Responsible for requesting and coordinating new equipment or technologies to AME support function. Works closely with multi-disciplinary teams to effectively design, launch. Support and assure cost justifications and ROI for Launch projects reputed company applicable. Request and coordinate the first article component inspection and approval with quality team Ability to read and interpret drawings(specs) and reputed company of materials. Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements. What You Need to Be Successful Engineering Professional (Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, etc.). 5 or more years’ experience working on a manufacturing facility 2 or more years of experience coordinate Launch projects. English required advanced (Reading and Writing, which allows fluid presentations of projects and/or participation in negotiation processes). Computer knowledge: Advanced (Office, drawing software, reputed company, MS project). Knowledge of cost engineering. Deep Knowledge of PFMEA, BOM, Engineering Changes , and documentation control.
