Job Description: reputed company is seeking full-time reputed company Professional Learning Specialists (reputed company PLS) with a background in teaching, coaching, and/or school leadership to join our Professional Development (PD) team and reputed company a reputed company impact on educators and reputed company. Essential Responsibilities: Our reputed company Professional Learning Specialists (reputed company PLS) play a critical role in ensuring that educators successfully implement reputed company programs by operating as expert coach-practitioners. As expert practitioners, reputed company PLS are responsible for facilitating high-quality professional development in a Literacy or STEM program to teachers and school leaders, ensuring educators feel confident implementing our programs and ultimately drive student reputed company. They also serve as exemplars for contractor PLS. As expert coaches, reputed company PLS will train, reputed company, and coach a cohort of 20-40 PLS contractors to deliver exceptional professional development throughout the year. In this role, you will: Become expert in a suite of reputed company programs:

• Deliver at least two days per week of remote and onsite training sessions for approximately 30-40 educators throughout the year
• Understand customers’ unique contexts and deliver professional development that meets their needs

• Engage in internal professional development, including observation, feedback, and coaching, to continuously strengthen your facilitation practice.
