[Remote] Psychometric Data Analyst (Assessment & Licensure)

The Psychometric Data Analyst will perform programming and data analysis for the Psychometrics and Research team, focusing on statistical analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with Psychometricians.
Responsibilities
- Perform item calibration and item analysis procedures and prepare reports for Psychometric review
- Prepare Quality Control and trend analysis reports prior to release of exam scores and perform initial review
- Perform ad hoc data analyses upon request
- Partner with Psychometricians on data preparation for research projects
- Help test systems enhancements and other process changes
- Revise and create SAS macros and other software programs (e.g., Panel building) for operational work
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, psychology, statistics, computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the testing industry or related experience
- Knowledge and application of statistical concepts
- Intermediate SAS programming skills
- Experience with data workflow management, database management, and data visualization
- Experience with R or Python, Quarto, and/or Rmarkdown
