Resource Coordinator - The Heist

Thinkingbox is a creative agency that encompasses a motion design, live action, and post production studio called The Heist. The Resource Coordinator will support creative teams by managing project staffing, schedules, and ensuring artists have the necessary structure to focus on their work.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in office coordination, operations, project support, or a fast-paced team environment. This could include internships, student organizations, studio experience, or other collaborative roles
• A strong ability to track schedules, tasks, and priorities across multiple projects
• Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborate across creative and production teams
• Familiarity with project management tools such as CETA, Monday.com, Notion, or similar platforms is helpful but not required
• Comfort working in a fast-paced creative environment where priorities are known to shift
• A curiosity about motion design, animation, or digital creative work—even if you're not a designer yourself
• You enjoy working with creative people and understand that great work often comes from collaboration, experimentation, and a little bit of organized chaos
