Marketing Coordinator

Wescom Financial is dedicated to enhancing member engagement through its unique talents and contributions. The Marketing Coordinator role supports the Marketing Manager in executing marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and projects under the guidance of the Marketing Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support advertising, event marketing, social media and digital marketing activities, including creative development and basic analytics reporting
  • Maintain organized records of marketing assets, vendor communications, and project timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Provide administrative support for marketing events, meetings, and budget tracking
  • Monitor industry trends and share insights to support marketing strategies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree required and 0 to three years of experience in marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be proficient in technology applications including the Credit Union's operating system and specialized software required for performance of position
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work with little supervision and ability to make sound decision in accordance to the brand standards and department guidelines
  • Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred
  • Hands on experience managing social media platforms and paid social campaigns
