The role involves managing client records, responding to inquiries, and assisting with immigration-specific tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, calendars, and appointments
  • Organize and maintain client records and legal documents
  • Prepare and format immigration forms (e.g., visa applications, petitions)
  • Data entry into CRM or case management systems
  • Schedule consultations and follow-ups
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and chat
  • Guide clients on document requirements and next steps
  • Handle complaints or concerns professionally
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
  • Assist in document collection (passports, IDs, proof of funds, etc.)
  • Track application deadlines and submission timelines
  • Coordinate with clients for missing or incomplete requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information

Skills

  • Background in immigration, legal services, or BPO is a strong advantage
  • Experience using tools like: Case management software (Clio, MyCase, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail (very important in legal documents)
  • Organized
  • Punctual and driven
  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
