The Role: Online Chat Jobs Specialist

This role involves interacting with visitors to our clients' websites via Live Chat software on a daily basis, providing exceptional customer chat service in real-time, and dealing with a large number of information requests. You will be expected to remain calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic chat customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer chat service in real-time via Live Chat software
- Interact with visitors to our clients' websites on a daily basis
- Deal with a large number of information requests
- Remain calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic chat customer service
- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless customer experiences
Essential Qualifications:
* No prior experience is required, but strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are highly valued
- Ability to sit for most of the shift
- Dedicated and reliable individual with a positive outlook
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
