The Role

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Creative Production Innovation Management team, which is part of the broader Product Discovery & Promoting Enterprise (PDP). As a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing innovative projects that introduce new stories to our users. You'll work closely with key stakeholders, including PDP leaders, product managers, and technical teams, to drive early-stage projects from strategy to execution.

You're a seasoned Program Manager with advanced knowledge in planning, execution, and delivery of applications that meet the innovation needs of a modern platform. You're skilled at breaking down complex requirements into achievable programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results in a timely and effective manner. You're recognized for your ability to translate strategic opportunities into tangible next steps, and you're known for your exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading complex programs that are innovation-focused, technically challenging, and purposeful in nature
• Conducting feasibility and stage-of-effort tests of conceptual features and designs to deliver high-quality functions on time and within budget
• Acting as a concept partner to PDP leaders to shape early-stage product innovation possibilities into concrete applications
• Partnering with Netflix product managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps and endorsing for PDP's groups through proactive consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product functions, assessments, and designs
• Working closely with product control, engineering, and innovative teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and shipping of highly technical tasks
• Identifying extensive trends and opportunities across your portfolio of applications that have the potential to drive greater impact and/or performance
• Controlling, planning, and tracking PDP's assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of simultaneous programs
• Anticipating and planning for future desires and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and software deliverables

• Can navigate through stages of ambiguity and translate strategic possibilities into tangible next steps
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity
• Is well-versed in handling resources (employees and financial) to optimize the outcome of the programs and tasks for which they're accountable
• Can communicate effectively and inclusively across cultures, creative, and technical teams
• Is acquainted and fiercely curious about product, via data insights, A/B testing, and consumer experience POV
• Is effective at giving sincere and direct feedback
