(USA) Principal, Product Manager - Seller Insights and Seller Success

Position Summary...Walmart eCommerce's Marketplace connects sellers with shoppers on our platform and enables our sellers to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a part of the product team, you will be responsible for building best-in class seller experiences that drive growth on the platform. We are seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager to lead our Seller Insights and Seller Success initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will shape and deliver an intelligent suite of data-driven products designed to motivate seller behavior, enhance customer trust, and drive measurable improvements in seller business performance. What you'll do... What you'll do:

• Managingand executing aproduct roadmapby analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities.
• Defining vision and strategiesfor your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases.
• Leading and deliveringon key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization.
• Building collaborative relationshipswith key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.

What you'll bring:

• Product:10+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative data-driven or analytics products, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
• Leadership:Experience in setting and delivering on a strategy you crafted, working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and partners, while being accountable for outcomes.Skilled at representing your domain in companywide platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader data and e-commerce architecture.
• Technical chops:Demonstrated fluency in artificial intelligence (AI) concepts, including how AI and machine learning can be leveraged to deliver personalized insights, process automation, and scalable impact
• Influence:Experience influencing at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. Skilled at handling inbound requests, prioritizing initiatives, and managing stakeholder expectations.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
