Key Responsibilities

• Recruit attorneys for positions with law firms and corporate legal departments
• Conduct in-depth interviews with attorney candidates to assess marketability
• Network with attorneys and legal professionals to build relationships and identify top talent
• Extend offers of employment to attorney candidates and negotiate compensation packages
• Assist all parties in making discreet and informed employment decisions

Ideal Candidate

• JD required, with experience practicing law and a desire to transition into a sales/recruiting role
• Enthusiasm, personal motivation, and business acumen, with an entrepreneurial edge
• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required (retail, client services)
• Strong ties to the Illinois legal market preferred
