Job Description:

• Developing and implementing executive compensation strategies that drive business success
• Conducting market research and analysis to inform executive compensation decisions
• Designing and modifying executive compensation programs to attract and retain top talent
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Communicating executive compensation programs to executives and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CECP) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in executive compensation management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing executive compensation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
