Job title: Remote Telehealth Dietitian - Part Time in Whiteville, NC at Aramark Company: Aramark Job description: Job DescriptionTitle: Remote Teleheath Dietitian - Part TimeLocation: Columbus Regional Heathcare System, Whiteville, NCAramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to work remote 20-25 hours / week providing clinical care for patients at Columbus Regional Healthcare System. Occasional on site training and assessment may be required.Aramark's Digitally Enabled Care telehealth solution delivers the optimal remote patient experience by providing audio-visual touchpoints to facilitate comprehensive medical nutrition therapy (MNT). In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, providing evidence-based MNT to a diverse patient population utilizing audio-visual telehealth technology. The Clinical Dietitian will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans to positively impact patient outcomes.Job Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate and demonstrate ability to quickly establish rapport and therapeutic alliances via approved telehealth modality (e.g. phone, video, or digital) with a diverse population of patients, care givers and medical team
• Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition
• Demonstrates basic skill with internet use (browser, navigation, search skills) and comfort level with utilizing advanced technology (electronic medical records, audio-visual conferencing solutions, Microsoft Office applications, productivity tools etc.)
• Complies with all telehealth federal, state and local regulations as well as Aramark/ client policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) designation required or the ability to obtain RD / RDN
• Licensed Dietitian status in North Carolina
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through proper nutrition
• Experience in working remotely and audio-video telehealth preferred.
