• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry with project management experience
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and project management principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in POS systems (TOAST) and operational software
• Strong communication skills with executive leadership
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred

Job Responsibilities: The Restaurant Operations Services Manager will oversee and enhance operational efficiency across our restaurant locations. Responsibilities include:

• Hiring forecast and workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Sales forecasting and budget management to drive profitability
• Overseeing POS updates and system optimizations for operational smoothness
• Conducting loss prevention audits and implementing corrective measures
• Planning and organizing the annual company meeting, including logistics and agenda setting
• Continuously monitoring systems for improvement opportunities and implementing necessary changes
