Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon. On this project, ModSquad's Shared Team provides customer support via phone, ticket and chat for numerous industries, using workflows that are well-scripted and easy to follow. Project Hours: 24/7 Hourly Rate: To be discussed in the interview phase Commitment: 20 hours per week, at least one weekend shift required 90 days (as needed) Language: English What We Are Looking For: ? Well organized and able to multitask ? Must have a PC with a working headset and a quiet place to take calls. ? No Apple devices can be used ? Must have an extensive resource site to research issues and possibly provide minor troubleshooting ? Must be able to follow workflows and scripts What's In It For You: ?
