We are currently hiring a Remote Veterinary Receptionist for one of our clients in NYC. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a compassionate veterinary team while working remotely. Position Description: As a Remote Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and support. Your role will involve managing appointment scheduling, answering client inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: • This is a remote position, you will not be working at a practice. • Flexibility is essential for success in this role. • Part-time availability will be expected • Must be able to work across all U.S. time zones. • Assist multiple veterinary hospitals simultaneously as needed. • Attend company meetings • Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in... both English and Spanish. • Schedule and confirm appointments for veterinary services. • Maintain accurate records and files for clients and pets. • Process payments and manage client billing inquiries. • Assist in handling medical records and ensuring confidentiality. • Provide information about services, procedures, and pet care. • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations. • Follow up with clients regarding their pets' appointments and care. Requirements to fulfill this role are: • A minimum of 3 years working in a veterinary practice. • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is preferred. • Proficient in using computers and veterinary software (experience with Avimark is a plus). • Internet Requirements: Visit speedtest.net to check your connection speed.
