Stock Associate, Part-Time

As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our store's inventory. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, and has a strong understanding of customer service. Keep track of incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels. Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and requests in a timely manner. Monitor stock levels and inform management of any potential shortages or surpluses. Receive and unpack merchandise, ensuring accuracy and proper storage. Label and price products according to company standards. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and sales floor. Assist in setting up and maintaining displays and promotional materials. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock levels and customer needs. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency. Complete all assigned tasks and duties in a timely and accurate manner. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. Adhere to company dress code and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
