Job description and responsibilities: As a Data Analyst, your efforts help us improve our business model, resulting in more satisfied customers! Each day, you log customer cancellations and research customer complaints. Thorough and detail-oriented, you investigate issues and document your findings. You facilitate productive communication between our owner and our supplier partners to resolve problems. You know that tracking analytics is a key element of a solid business development strategy, which is why you faithfully input data into Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Trustworthy and discrete, you maintain a high level of confidentiality when creating reports that deal with our customers' personal information.
