System Data Analyst
Role: System Data Analyst Location: Houston, TX (Remote) Full time Exp : 8 (Min) - 10 (Max) We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Facing System Data Analyst to join our growing Data Warehouse team supporting an emerging Telecom client. In this role, you will wear multiple hats, acting as a data analyst, design, solution architect, and trusted advisor for both internal and external stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in Google Cloud Platform to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of our client.
Responsibilities
Analyse customer data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Design and implement data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform technologies such as BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, and Cloud Storage. Evaluate, design, and recommend viable business solutions that leverage data and analytics to address customer challenges. Analyse the feasibility of solutions from both business and... implementation perspectives. Develop scalable and adaptable data solutions that can accommodate future changes in business processes, user requirements, and business growth. Participate in account mining to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the leadership team. Review system component High Level Design and ensure alignment to the end-to-end solution architecture. Lead competency building activities such as building POCs and conducting workshops for the strategic initiatives. Lead internal and external knowledge sharing sessions and mentor teams in your area of specialization. Review team artifacts and ensure knowledge sharing and reusability.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role with experience in solution design and client interaction. Experience working with data warehousing concepts and methodologies. Experience with SQL querying languages (e.g., BigQuery SQL). Experience with data pipeline development tools (e.g., Cloud Dataflow). Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven business solutions. Google Cloud Platform Cloud Certified. Experience working in the Telecom industry. Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
