Job Title: UX Design Systems Consultant Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Responsibilities: Design System Community Manager - This role champions long-term progressive enhancements, scaling strategies, and cultivating system advocates. A growth evangelist focuses on fostering strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, promoting data-driven decision-making that leads to iterative system improvements. The role strives to create cross-team advocates who support, endorse, and help drive adoption of the system throughout the organization. Advocate for the scalable design system foundations that support product expansion at a platform level Ability to share program vision, technical roadmap, and terminology with business and technical stakeholders Facilitate stakeholder communication and outreach via support channels including internal website content Join leadership meetings, internal IT conventions (show-and-tells), and platform team meetings to evangelize the program. Gather data and insights from product teams to aid in strategically planning Skills : Knowledge and understanding of the value of community building around an enterprise asset Social connector, ability to identify and form relationships with key influences throughout organization Strong communication skills, ability to write and converse with both technical and business stakeholders Ability to share program vision, technical roadmap, and terminology with business Apply Job!
