Remote Medical Assistant | Patient Monitoring

Responsibilities
Monitor patient health data remotely, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Provide real-time support to patients by addressing their inquiries and escalating concerns to the appropriate care teams. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage patient care plans effectively. Educate patients on managing their health conditions and using monitoring tools or devices. Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credentials required. Strong communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centric approach. Proficient in using remote patient monitoring tools and electronic health records (EHR). Previous experience in patient care, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting.
