Responsibilities Field Representative • Engage with families to understand their financial challenges and goals. • Educate and guide clients through personalized strategies. • Build lasting relationships and be a trusted representative for financial wellbeing. Field Trainer • Mentor and develop new representatives. • Conduct workshops and training sessions on financial principles and client engagement. • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive learning environment. Branch Manager (VP of Operations) • Oversee office operations and ensure alignment with our mission and values. • Inspire and lead a team of representatives and trainers. • Drive initiatives to expand our reach and impact within the community. Qualifications • A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients. • Strong organizational and leadership abilities. • No experience in financial services, education, or coaching required but is a plus.
