Experienced Accountant for Full-Service Bookkeeping, Payroll & Business Growth Strategy

I’m looking for an experienced accountant to provide comprehensive financial management for my business, a smoothie/acai bowl franchise. This role goes beyond basic bookkeeping— I need someone who can help manage the financial health of my business while also assisting with growth strategies and financial planning for potential expansion. Responsibilities: ? Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses. ? Payroll Management: Process payroll, ensure compliance, and manage employee tax obligations. ? Tax Preparation: Handle tax filings and ensure we stay compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. ? Financial Planning & Strategy: Provide insights on budgeting, cash flow management, and business growth opportunities. ? Expense & Profit Analysis: Identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth. ? Ongoing Financial Oversight: Keep a strong pulse on the business, proactively advising on financial decisions. What I’m Looking For: ?? Extensive experience in small business accounting, preferably in the food or franchise industry. ?? Someone proactive and willing to take ownership of my business’s financial well-being. ?? Strong communication skills—keeping me informed and providing strategic advice. ??
