Job Summary: Travel Tech is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to manage a variety of financial and administrative tasks. This role involves overseeing QuickBooks for accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll, and managing vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience with financial management tools and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks, processing member dues invoices, and ensuring payroll is handled with precision and accuracy. You will also coordinate banking and financial activities by syncing transactions in Ramp with QuickBooks, matching transactions, and ensuring that all financial documentation is accurate and up to date. Additionally, you will manage vendor relationships by ensuring invoices are processed and paid on time, and investigating and resolving any discrepancies in payments or billing. As part of your administrative duties, you will also handle additional tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the organization. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have proficiency in QuickBooks and financial management, along with strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting is essential, as well as effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members.
