Mortgage Loan Officer in CA/FL/MD/NC/SC

Overview: Join our team as a Loan Officer and play a key role in helping individuals secure financing for their homes or businesses. We are seeking productive MLOs with track record. This position is 100% commission pay. Responsibilities: • Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role in the mortgage industry. • Strong understanding of mortgage products, including Non-QM loans, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, sales-driven environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Preferred Skills: • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial products, credit analysis, and lending practices. • Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with federal and state lending regulations, including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and other relevant laws. • Proficiency in Financial Software: Experience with Encompass as loan origination systems (LOS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and financial analysis tools.
