Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is looking for a full-time Home Loan Processing Coordinator to provide quality customer service to our customers through documentation gathering and ordering, and delivering clear and effective communication to our customers while ensuring proper disclosure regulations are being upheld. As a Loan Processing coordinator, your essential functions will be to provide processing support, ensuring compliance with Association policy and procedures. Mortgage Loan Processing Support - Process mortgage loan applications. - Ensure loans are disclosed and delivered in compliance with Federal regulations. - Properly identifies and discloses changes in circumstances. - Order credit reports, title, flood, and appraisals. - Submit mortgage loan application file for underwriting approval. - Clears financial information conditions for closing. - Ensures all required information is keyed into system applications and that the data is in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. - Communicates with internal closers and investors to obtain efficient closings. - Processes withdrawn applications and prepares/sends adverse action notices. SMM Processing Support - Completes early processing of Secondary Mortgage Market loans. - Reviews final closing disclosures for accuracy. - Prepares and submits SMM funding requests for approval and to the Accounting department - Ensures final loan packages are received timely and submitted to investor(s) prior to deadlines. - Reviews investor/SMM loan purchases - Ensures digital loan file is adequately documented before submission to Accounting. - Address investor loan processor/administrator requests timely and accurately. Customer Support - Provides customer service to home loan originators, customers, external vendors, and loan investors. - Update the loan originators on the progress of the loan file in an efficient, and accurate manner. - Contact the loan originator or the borrower to obtain any missing documents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associates degree with 3-5 years administrative and customer service experience. Candidate must be self-motivated and organized with exceptional follow-up, time-management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. The salary range for this position is $46,000 - $56,300 and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefits package. Proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
