About the position As a full-time SBA 504 Loan Packager at Bank Five Nine, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our SBA Preferred Lender Program. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare all necessary documentation for 504 loan submissions, ensuring that all processes are executed smoothly from preparation to closing. This position requires a keen eye for detail as you will be responsible for recognizing and proactively resolving any issues that may arise during the closing process. You will collaborate closely with the 504 team, attorneys, and various third parties to verify the accuracy of loan documentation and ensure compliance with all SBA procedures and guidelines, which is essential for timely loan closings. In your daily activities, you will collect, prepare, assemble, and verify the accuracy of all necessary documentation to package 504 loan submissions in the required SBA format. This includes ensuring that loan documents are properly signed, dated, and contain all relevant data. You will also be responsible for ordering and verifying all necessary reports prior to closing and following up with applicants to confirm information as needed. Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers is a key aspect of this role, as you will respond to inquiries regarding commercial loan processing in a friendly and professional manner. This position offers flexibility in working hours, typically ranging from 8 AM to 5 PM, and can be performed remotely or on-site at our Oconomowoc, WI location. Training will be provided both remotely and on-site to ensure you are well-equipped to succeed in this role. Requirements Previous commercial loan processing and/or packaging experience. , SBA loan documentation experience is a plus. , Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. , High School Diploma or equivalent.
