Remote Healthcare Cash Poster

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Poster with healthcare experience to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately posting payments, adjustments, and denials from insurance companies and patients. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with electronic remittance advice (ERA), and a solid understanding of medical billing processes. Cash Poster Responsibilities: • Post payments, adjustments, and denials in a timely and accurate manner • Reconcile daily deposits and ensure accurate transaction posting • Work with ERA/EFT enrollments and manual payments • Identify and resolve posting discrepancies • Collaborate with the billing and collections teams to ensure proper account handling • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies Cash Poster Requirements: • Experience in healthcare cash posting required (1-2+ years preferred) • Familiarity with medical billing systems and electronic payment processing • Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, EFTs, and insurance payment processes • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting Cash Poster Benefits: • Fully remote opportunity with flexible work arrangements • Competitive compensation and benefits • A supportive and collaborative team environment If you have experience in healthcare cash posting and are looking for a remote opportunity, we want to hear from you!
