Remote Senior Data Analyst

Your Role We are in search of a dedicated and dynamic Senior Data Analyst to join our esteemed Analytics team. This position focuses on data analysis, measurement, and storytelling, with the aim of enhancing our clients' media effectiveness by centering on tangible business outcomes over mere metrics. In this role, you will ensure excellence in analytics and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making while working collaboratively with various internal teams. Key Responsibilities Convert raw data into insightful visuals and compelling narratives. Develop actionable measurement frameworks based on clients business inquiries. Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative consumer and market research, focusing on customer profiling. Assist the media team in analyzing historical media performance and optimizing budget allocation across multiple channels. Required Skills Strong analytical acumen with a passion for data exploration. Proficient in creating impactful data visualizations and dashboards to inform media investment choices. Familiarity with media research tools such as YouGov, MRI-Simmons, and Nielsen Media Impact. Knowledge of statistical techniques including multivariate regression, optimization, and forecasting. Programming knowledge in languages such as R, Python, or SQL is advantageous. Qualifications A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics. Proven experience in media measurement methodologies. Excellent organizational skills and adaptability, with the ability to lead discussions with clients effectively. A bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Compensation
And Benefits Salary range of (75,000-)95,000, commensurate with experience. Compensation is based on skills, qualifications, industry tenure, and the specific requirements of the role.
