Kindly note that this role is based in-office and necessitates a daily commute to our Lake Success headquarters. We are specifically seeking an in-office team member and not open to hybrid or remote arrangements. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Qualifications: •

• To qualify for the role of Experienced Loan Officer Assistant - Bilingual in Lake Success, NY, US, candidates need 2-5 years of experience in a sales role related to loan processing or origination.

• Proficiency in Encompass software is a must-have for this position. • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. • Holding a license as a Mortgage Loan Originator would be beneficial, or candidates must be willing to pursue licensing in NY. • Fluency in Spanish is a strong preference for this role. • Excellent communication skills are necessary to ensure regular updates with clients, real estate professionals, and legal representatives. • Candidates should possess a sales-driven mindset and be able to contribute to business growth initiatives. • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and openness to learning from industry experts are key attributes sought for this role.
