QuickBooks Online Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, part-time remote QuickBooks Online Specialist to handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including matching check register entries and running both standard and custom reports. This role requires proficiency in Excel, with experience in downloading QuickBooks data, creating custom reports, and performing data analysis through pivot tables. Key Responsibilities • Generate and customize standard QuickBooks reports. • Develop and analyze custom financial reports using Excel pivot tables. • Provide data insights and support financial reporting needs. Qualifications • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel, particularly in pivot table analysis. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely. • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. • Highly Analytical. • PowerBI.
