About the position The Video Content Manager at Vision Dental Partners is responsible for creating and managing engaging video content to enhance the company's brand presence on social media platforms. This role involves filming, editing, and posting video content while collaborating closely with the marketing team and the Founder/CEO. The position offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a supportive environment, with a focus on personal and professional growth. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Founder/CEO and/or Marketing Department to conceptualize and create video content for various social media platforms. , • Film high-quality video content (from smartphone), ensuring optimal lighting, sound, and visual elements. , • Handle basic video edits to prepare content before sending to the editing team. , • Capture professional photos for use across social media platforms, website, and promotional materials. , • Assist in developing creative video concepts and storyboards. , • Manage and organize video files to maintain an efficient workflow. , • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and video content to keep our content fresh and engaging. , • Engage with the audience by responding to comments and feedback as needed. , • Support live video shoots, including setup and technical assistance. Requirements • Strong passion for social media and video content creation. , • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools. , • Basic knowledge of video content creation; experience with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar is a plus. , • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. , • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team. , • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. , • Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
