Technical Recruiter (Fully Remote)

The ideal Technical Recruiter is an effective team collaborator, problem solver, improvement guru, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service every day to the organization. Delivery of high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. This individual will perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates, and sourcing channels. A day in the life… • Assist with managing the job requisition submission/approval process • Work with hiring managers to determine/understand key job duties, position profiles, and business requirements • Manage all aspects of a full life cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions and effectively utilize applicant tracking and onboarding systems • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting/sourcing strategies • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens with qualified applicants • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule manager phone and onsite interviews Requirements: • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of full life cycle recruiting • Hands-on experience recruiting for all levels ranging from new grads to staff • Knowledge & experience with applicant tracking systems • Fundamental sourcing skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Benefits / Perks: • Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental care • Home office stipend to set you up for success • Fully remote • Unlimited sick days Culture / Values: • Work smarter not harder • Learning is a lifelong journey • Tomorrow is an opportunity for a better yesterday CSV Now is an Equal Opportunity Employee Powered by JazzHR dwoCsepNbe Apply Job!
