Provide information on flight status, travel policies, and other related inquiries. 4. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. 5. Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. 7. Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information.
