Baca Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a leading consulting group in the industry, we rely heavily on data to make informed decisions and provide top-notch services to our clients. This position allows you to work remotely, providing the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while contributing to our company's success. Responsibilities: • Accurately input and manage data into our company databases and systems • Verify and correct any discrepancies found in the data • Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files • Prepare and sort documents for data entry • Track progress and report any issues or concerns to the team lead • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks • Adhere to company guidelines and policies for data confidentiality and security Qualifications: • Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role • Excellent typing speed and accuracy • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software • Basic knowledge of data management and organization principles • Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in data entry or related fields are a plus Why choose Baca Consulting Group?
