Baca Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a leading consulting group in the industry, we rely heavily on data to make informed decisions and provide top-notch services to our clients. Responsibilities: Accurately input and manage data into our company databases and systems Verify and correct any discrepancies found in the data Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness Organize and maintain electronic and physical files Prepare and sort documents for data entry Track progress and report any issues or concerns to the team lead Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks Adhere to company guidelines and policies for data confidentiality and security Qualifications: Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role Excellent typing speed and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software Basic knowledge of data management and organization principles Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and time management skills Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in data entry or related fields are a plus Why choose Baca Consulting Group?
